Dylan Ochoa, a senior at Covina Northview High in California, won the boys invitational 400 meters in 47.11 seconds at the 64th Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Ochoa also earned ninth place in the invitational 200 meters by clocking 22.62 seconds into a strong headwind.
